On Wednesday night February 9th, while the Cook/Hunsucker family were away, their home burned to a near-total loss. The China Spring community now has the opportunity to support this family in their time of need. This page will be updated regularly to reflect places you can contribute your resources.

At this time, gift cards are a more portable way of assisting the family directly with a cash gift. Otherwise, cash donations can be designated on an envelope and dropped off at Oak Grove Baptist Church.

All are grateful for China Spring Cares coordinating the supply of clothing for the family. The outpouring of clothing support has been tremendous and China Spring Cares is no longer accepting donations for clothing.
Once the family has had a chance to select clothing with China Spring Cares staff/volunteers (on Thursday evening), this status may be updated.
FOOD
Grocery and bulk food donations are not being received currently.
APPLIANCES
At this time the family does not have a location to store large appliances, but these items will be needed in the near future.
